Corrugated Line (Corrugated Board Production Line)
- We provide full corrugated board production line in a variety of configurations and capabilities to match specific production needs. A series corrugated board production line in different working widths (from 1.40m to 2.50m) meet all your needs and requirements of corrugated board with single wall, double wall and triple wall.
- This corrugated board production line consists of equipments including mechanical roll stands, hydraulic roll stands, preheaters, single facers, glue machines, bridges, double facers, slitter scorers, cutoffs, and downstacker. Here we introduce the assemblies separately.
1. Roll stand
- Mechanical roll stand for corrugated line
- The mechanical roll stands are in different widths (from 1.2m to 3.0m).
- Available for paper roll in Φ1,500 mm
- Equipped with pneumatic or manual clutch
- Two arms equipped and each arm could load roll in max. 2,000 kg
- Internal expansion spire clamp
Hydraulic roll stand for corrugated board production line
- The hydraulic roll stands of corrugated line are in different widths (from 1.2m to 3.0m).
- Available for paper roll in Φ1,500 mm
- Two arms equipped for non-stop loading and each arm could load roll in max 3,000 kg
- Internal expansion spire clamp in 3” and 4”
- Equipped with conveyor trail for transporting the roll
2. Preheater for corrugated board production line
Whether external preheater on the single facer or triplex preheater – Pripack preheaters ensure the right process temperatures and the correct tension in the paper at all times. The result: perfect bonding of the individual paper webs and therefore optimum flatness of the board produced.
The series preheaters of corrugated board production line in different widths (from 1.2m to 3.0m) and diameter (Φ600mm / 900mm / 1100mm) meet almost all the rolls used in the market.

3. Single Facer of corrugated board production line
- The single facers of corrugated line are divided into normal flute change, quick flute change and cassette change, suitable for requirements in changing speed and labor cost. The massive, low-vibration construction and low center of gravity ensure the smoothest running on all flute types.
- The series in different widths (from 1.4m to 2.5m) and speed (from 80 to 300 m/min) meet different output requirement from you, equipped corresponding corrugating rolls (Φ260mm / 320mm / 360mm / 380 mm / 430mm). The differential design of the corrugating rolls greatly reduces the flute forming labyrinth, dramatically reducing paper tension and allowing optimum flute formation. The corrugating rolls are made of alloy steel casting, supplied either in chrome or tungsten coated according to customer preference and flute type.
4. Glue machine of corrugated board production line
- Glue machine delivers uniform and optimum application of glue across the entire working width at all speeds. From micro flutes to extremely large flutes, our glue machine ensures perfect glue application resulting in flat, well-bonded board.
- The series glue machine in different widths (from 1.2m to 3.0m) and speed (from 100 to 300 m/min) meet different output requirement from you.
- Independent motor driven, for coordinating the different speed in the process of single wall, double wall and triple wall
- Manual, electric or automatic gluing adjustment, with digital display
- Automatic cycle glue supply, protecting glue from depositing
- Anilox roll applied as corrugating roll, for gluing uniformly and glue saving
5. Bridge of corrugated board production line
- The bridge of corrugated line is for transferring single faced web to the bridge guide and bridge brake, available for single, double or triple wall board.
- At the end of the bridge the bridge guide detects and regulates the position of the single faced web and allows an exact positioning towards the center or the outer liner.
- Bridge brake ensures a precise and constant web tension and an optimized and consistent heating, glue application and subsequent adhesion.
- The bridge in different widths (from 1.2m to 3.0m) and layer structure (from single layer to triple layer) meet different output requirement from you.
6. Double facer of corrugated board production line
- The tasks of double facer of corrugated line are to ensure perfect bonding, drying of the board and its transport. Double facer functions securely and reliably, processing all board grades and qualities from micro flute to heavy triple wall.
- Thanks to the use of unique and heating and pressure systems, such as hot plates and pressure system, double facers are perfectly suited for processing the full range of corrugated board production requirements. These and other design features also ensure that the double facer delivers quality board with the highest possible energy efficiency.

7. Slitter Scorer of corrugated board production line
- Depending on production requirements we offer a range of machines which supply solutions to suit all production needs ensuring maximum flexibility high-precision, quick scorer and knife positioning together with high speed order change.
- The double facer of corrugated line is in different widths (from 1.2m to 3.0m).
- Automatic knife grinding system for non-stop grinding as well as grinding interval setting
- Knife arrangement (four slitting knives & six scoring knives or five slitting knives & eight scoring knives) according to the order and raw material
8. Cutoff of corrugated board production line
- The cutoff of corrugated line is in different widths (from 1.2m to 3.0m) and speed (80 to 250 m/min).
- Screw cutting for reducing impact and improving precision
- Adjustable gapless gear ensures perfect mesh of knives
- Cutoff length available from 500 to 9,999 mm and cutoff precision up to ±1 mm
- Speed tracing for the synchronous working
- Automatic lubricating system adopted, achieving automatic cycle lubrication
- Order memory up to 200 pieces
9. Downstacker of corrugated board production line
- The target of corrugated board production line is flat, perfectly bonded and exactly stacked corrugated sheets. Stacking is done by the downstacker. Even shortest orders with quickly growing stacks are no problem due to unique design features and short cycle times which result in perfect stacking formation. We advise the downstackers according to your fact and requirement, simple and complex.
- The downstacker of corrugated line is the key element of automated stacking systems.
- A height-adjustable platform, with integrated roller conveyor or plastic chain conveyor, collects the shingled sheets and descends. Once the desired stack height is reached, the elevating table descends to the lower zero point at maximum speed. Then the stack is moved away. Once the stack has been moved away, the elevating table resumes its highest position and the process is repeated. The downstacker is suitable for the production of normal size and large sheets, as the maximum stack height can be employed.
10. Starch System of corrugated board production line
Starch making of corrugated line is one of the core processes in the production of corrugated board. Good and bad starch determines the quality of the board. The board line with different speed is equipped with different types of starch system, for the best cost performance. The requirement for automation determines the choice of starch system also. We always recommend the most appropriate one to the customers, according to full experience in the line.
