Lead edge Feeder system

The corrugated board is buffered before arriving front guide, ensuring the exact feeding precision.
High-power vacuum system is adjustable, available for bent corrugated board and ensuring the steady feeding.
The positioning device is equipped with two sets of side guide on both sides, improving the precision of positioning as well as achieving easy operation.
Unique boarding positioning technology, suitable for high speed die-cutting.
The min feeding width can be 460 mm after installing special accessory.

Die-cutting of corrugated die cutter:

Well-processed parts like worm, crankshaft and die-cutting steel plate with high precision and long lifespan.
Gripper bar made in aluminum alloy with features of small weight, high precision and steady transferring of boards.
The die-cutting structure without gripper margin achieves no waste in the lead edge of board, reducing the cost in manufacturing.
Advanced automatic plate-changing device, shortening the time of plate changing; it is possible to improve the plate-changing efficiency by cooperating with creasing plate.
The steady transferring for both thick and heavy board thanks to the large torque three-piece intermittent mechanism.

Stripping of corrugated die cutter:

The trimming waste from the lead edge and middle part can be removed for improving the production efficiency, which thanks to the stripping and blanking system.
Central positioning system is adopted in stripping plate for clamping plate automatically, which makes it convenient and fast to install the plate.
Stripping function can be changed over for different production requirement.

Main machine and frame (wallboard) adopt nodular cast iron by advanced resin sand casting technology, which improves running stability, shock absorption, deformation resistance, and service life.
Entire machine adopts NSK, Japan bearings, improves quiet running property
Daojin (Taiwan) high-precision cam indexer, keep gripper bars to run more smooth and steady
Staple chains adopt Tsubaki from Japan, features with higher abrasion resistance and stretching resistance ensures of high precision of the machinery.
Pneumatic clutch adopts Italian technology, with high torsion, steady running.
Worm, crank axle, made of high-quality structural alloy steel from Germany, are processed with precision-machined tool, with heating processing by special technology, feature with high precision, long service life, and less wear.
Worm gear, made of tin bronze from Taiwan, features with higher abrasion resistance and agglutination resistance. And it is processed and scraped manually by high-class technician after high-precision processing.

Die-cutting steel plate, made of imported manganese steel, features with 4 to 5 times higher hardness and abrasion resistance than ordinary steel plate.
