Single Facer

Single facers are divided into normal flute change, quick flute change and cassette change, suitable for requirements in changing speed and labor cost. The massive, low-vibration construction and low center of gravity ensure the smoothest running on all flute types.

The series in different widths (from 1.2m to 3m) and speed (from 80 to 300 m/min) meet different output requirement from you, equipped corresponding corrugating rolls (Φ260mm / 320mm / 360mm / 380 mm / 430mm).

The differential design of the corrugating rolls greatly reduces the flute forming labyrinth, dramatically reducing paper tension and allowing optimum flute formation.

The corrugating rolls equipped with this single facer are made of alloy steel casting, supplied either in chrome or tungsten coated according to customer preference and flute type.
