Adopting hanging structure, convenience and fast to set up
Installing and uninstalling printing plate with pedal switch or operation panel
The gap between the anilox ink roll and impression cylinder is adjusted automatically by pneumatic lifting device.
Printing phase can be adjusted through inverter, touch screen and panel.
Lateral displacement in ±7 mm (left and right)
Self-lock device is used for adjusting gaps between transfer roll, impression cylinder, and anilox roll.

Die-cutting of printer slotter

Anvil cylinder and plate cylinder are adopted of quality steel, processed by surface grinding and chrome coating.
It adopted pneumatic device to disengage the plate cylinder and urethane roll in free running status for reducing the damage caused by load and anvil abrased.
The urethane roll can be moved by 58 mm mechanically.
Radial velocity difference compensation system ensures the consistency of linear velocity of urethane roll when outer diameter of it changes.
Anvil repairing device prolongs the lifespan of anvil.
