Glue machine delivers uniform and optimum application of glue across the entire working width at all speeds. From micro flutes to extremely large flutes, our glue machine used in complete corrugator line ensures perfect glue application resulting in flat, well-bonded board.

The series glue machine used in complete corrugator line has different widths (from 1.2m to 3m) and speed (from 100 to 300 m/min) meet different output requirement from you.

• Independent motor driven, for coordinating the different speed in the process of single wall, double wall and triple wall
• Manual, electric or automatic gluing adjustment, with digital display
• Automatic cycle glue supply, protecting glue from depositing
• Anilox roll applied as corrugating roll, for gluing uniformly and glue saving
