Introduction of Corrugated Paper Preheater

Whether external preheater on the single facer or triplex preheater – Pripack preheaters used in corrugator line ensure the right process temperatures and the correct tension for paper at all times. Our individual paper webs have perfect bonding and the board produced has optimum flatness. The series preheaters have different widths (from 1.2m to 3m) and its diameter (Φ600mm / 900mm / 1100mm) meets almost all the rolls used in the market.

• Rotary structure of heating tank
• Electric automatic corner guard adjustment
• Adopting energy-efficient flanged end capped structure, for complete preheating of paper and high utilization ratio of heat efficiency.
• Exchanging siphon pipe with metal hose, overcomes the problems in pipe fixing and controlling, achieving thorough draining and raising the temperature of heating tank effectively
